Insurance co-pays are due at the time of each service. The office accepts cash, personal checks, Visa or Master Card.

Tips for using insurance

I recommend that you call the number on the back of your insurance card to see if mental health sessions are covered and what is your responsibility for payment of each session.

There are a lot of different plans under each insurance company. You may have a co-pay or you may have to meet a deductible.

It's okay if you are new to insurance, I did not understand it either and that is why I outsource my medical billing. If you provide us with your insurance information 72 hours before your appointment, we can help you gain a better understanding of what your insurance will cover.

Self-Pay Rates

$100 for 53-60 minutes

$120 for an ART session 53-90 minutes

Late Cancelations

You will be charged $50 on a credit card for the appointment if you fail to cancel by calling at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

Court Fees

Court Appearance (Fees due prior to court appearance) $500 plus $175 per hour

**Any matter in which we must hire an attorney to assist or protect our office involving your case, the case of a minor or a related case and any action brought upon our office by any attorney for any reason related to your case.

Medical Records and Certified Medical Records fees. $1.00 per page after free copy, Certified Fee- $50.00

All other work related to your case is not covered in a session. $135 per hour billed.
